Express lube service staff can come off as rude. Nothing extraordinary about the service. Price is a little high for a conventional oil change but does include a free car wash. Was prompt, but I was the only one there. Like most places, I doubt the checked my tire pressure. I was told the cost would be a few dollars more, but not that I would be charged for full synthetic. If that was the case, I would have asked for 5W-30 instead of 5W-40 (Since my car burns a little oil between changes anyway).Jury is still out on whether I would care to return.
Update: Still loving this place. I come out every 2 weeks or so from Lincoln and it is well worth the trip.
Update to original post. The manager contacted me about the review and had me bring my vehicle back in for a follow-up exterior detail. This time, they knocked it out of the park. Truck looks great and the customer service was outstanding! I will definitely be back!
I have been there multiple times and while they have great customer service, the quality and detail of the wash has not been the greatest. I have 3 vehicles I have taken and the exterior wash is ok. I always have to wipe areas of my car, especially on my truck. Not sure if the washing system is for trucks. There are times that it's wiped dry very well, and other times that it's not and I still have to do some work myself. The interior is not always consistent. There are times that the interior is cleaned great and other times that I have do some work like re-wipe the windows or vacuum again. I hesitate to go and wonder what I will get. I have let them know when something is not done right and they are quick to resolve it which is great. I think it would help if there was a quality standard to work from.
I had them perform an exterior detail on my truck and overall they did a good job with the waxing. I was initially really impressed, but once I got home and gave it a once over, I realized the attention to detail was missing. For one, they missed a lot of wax residue spots on the exterior and also forgot to wipe out the inside of the door jams and inside of the gas cap door. Not a big deal because I just wiped it all off with a rag when I got home. However, I had a leather cover over the bed of my truck and they didn't touch it. Which I thought was odd because it was covered with little spots of wax spatter. Truly though they would have either covered the leather while waxing, had me remove it, or detailed it with armor all. Like I said, overall a good job, but they need to focus a little more on the attention to detail.

When I moved to Nebraska, I had a difficult time finding a good full service (interior & exterior) car wash. The only good place required you to make an appointment. But this location is fantastic. It's quite a bit out of my way, but well worth it. No appointment needed, cost effective, and excellent service.
Edit: I'm amending my previous review. The service staff was quite helpful this time around including the manager Dave. After speaking to the owner Brian Fox, he assured me that my car would be looked over and my concerns would be addressed. Although I can't speak to the reprimand of the techs, since I wasn't there, I can only speak the the reassessment of my service. Dave was very friendly and thorough. He assured me that the level of service I received this time around would be the norm from now on, to the best of his ability. I will definitely return since my issues were promptly addressed, instead of pushed to the way side. This is the level of customer service I expect from a small business.
