Dr. O'Hara is an absolute professional and took care of my mother with the utmost care! She is able to smile again! She can chew her food again...instead of gumming it or only choosing a soft diet.
If I could give less than one star, I certainly would after my experience today at Affordable Dentures in Bellevue. The sheer disrespect and unprofessional attitude were a blatant insult against me. I am disgusted by the way this business operates.
When I got called back into work they offered to reschedule my appointment with no penalty, etc.
When the woman who had still never introduced herself returned, she rushed me through choosing the package that I wanted to go with, and didn't even allow me to speak, she just assumed she knew what I wanted. I was then hurried outside back into the lobby and told to have a seat without any of my questions being answered or any inclination of what was happening.
I think they are great. The office staff are very friendly and helpful. Each time i called for an adjustment i got in that very same day.
Obviously, I will NEVER return to this place, and they should be ashamed of themselves for allowing their employees to treat people in this way.
When the dentist finally came in, he seemed very nice, unlike the woman who had been helping me. He started to get into our consultation, but before I could ask many questions (less than 5 minutes after the dentist arrived), the woman barged back into the room and said it was time to go, interrupting the dentist, who then left and never returned to complete our consultation.
I took my husband there and he had excellent care and even though he was in a bad condition and could not tell them he never had a sore nothing. They just took very good care of him. I have gone there myself and so far so good, very good care, love the place highly recommend it.

I was at the appointment for a total of 2 hours and was seen by the dentist for a grand total of 5 minutes. In between waiting then being herded like cattle and rushed through my exam, the woman was extremely rude and impersonal. I felt like a number on a page, or a cow in a herd, not valued like the person who could be signing her paycheck.
I love my dentures and they don't make you wait for weeks to get them. You get them the same day !
After what was probably only about 30 minutes, someone finally came into the room and took me in to get x-rays. The woman never introduced herself and seemed to be in a huge rush, even though I had already been waiting for an hour. I was taken in to get my x-rays done, where she shoved a piece of plastic into my mouth and made me stand in an awkward position while she completed the x-ray. Obviously, all of this so far is somewhat normal for any kind of doctor or dentist, kind of to be expected, though they were a little more curt than I'd expected.
To begin with, my appointment was at 10 AM. I arrived diligently 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment, as I was a new patient and expected there to be some paperwork and things I needed to complete before my appointment. As I had anticipated, there was paperwork, which I completed by 10 and turned in to the front desk. I then waited another 30 minutes before finally being called back along with two other individuals. While I sat and waited, then when I was finally called back, I had the thought that it looked an awful lot like how cattle processing took place in the stockyards. I was hurried into the back and told to sit in a chair for what seemed like hours while I waited for someone to come in.
However, after the x-rays were completed, I was left to stand there stuck in this contraption for at least another 5 minutes before she came back and got me back to the exam room, where I was then left again to wait. While I waited in the exam room, which was close to the x-ray room, I overheard others going in, getting their x-rays, and immediately leaving, quite unlike the discomfort I had just endured without any explanation.
