The store will sometimes have this particular odor that just honestly wreaks. Sometimes the guys at the counter are well very mean and seem annoyed at everyone's presence. They give you next to no money for a game if you trade it and some games are overpriced. I recommend just going to a game shop that isn't very big like Gamers or Game Vault.

Place is good for games. Sometimes the organization of the games gets sloppy, but they fix it after a while.
We always go here and they have very competitive prices and used games. They actually had a used ps4 three weeks after the system came out.
