Although, I was able to come to an agreement with the owner, this man seems to make up his own rules on returns. I get the impression this is not an actual Sears store but a store that sells Sears products. I had a new appliance that I wanted to return after having it a week, I said it made noise and I wanted to return it, he said that there was nothing wrong with it and said he would charge me a "usage" fee, 25% of the cost of the item, yikes, I don't think so. Steer clear of this place. Go to an actual Sears.
Very friendly and knowledgeable store
I went to the hometown store in Bellevue Nebraska and they had what I wanted, however I had an appointment some where else. I came back and everything was all set to provide me what I wanted and less then I expected. They found another discount and made my perchase even better. Great job!
