We have had some problems but John has fixed them over and over again. He has been very fair through the whole process. They have discounted the fixes or charge no charge. Even at their own expense which is greatly appreciated! They have a family owned vibe and they make you few welcomed every time you come into the store. Great prices and great deals going all the time.
The staff are polite and seem very knowledgeable about what they're selling. They always have bright smiles, even when we decide we aren't purchasing anything that day. The jewelry offered here is stunning, but sometimes too much. Multiple times I've looked at a ring and wished it was just slightly simpler.
