Great little hotel. Clean rooms and bathrooms. Comfortable beds. Lots of places to plug in device chargers that are easy to get to. Bathroom had no mold or mildew, and even though the exhaust fan was on, the mirror still fogged up. Room was quiet. Air conditioning unit worked well without being too noisy. Kids enjoyed the indoor pool. Breakfast was good with some healthy choices as well as the unhealthy ones. Pretty standard fare.
Really disappointed. Called before our 12 hour trip and asked if they accept pets, because their website said yes and no. After we were told by an actual person that they did, we made our reservation. When we showed up at 8pm with a car full of tired kids and a dog, we were turned away by another employee because they don’t accept pets! They need to all get on the same page. This left us scrambling for half an hour trying to find a new place to stay.
Stayed 5 nights and the room was not cleaned once. The beds were never made and linens were not switched. After two days we had to go ask for new towels. The floors were not vacuumed in our room or the halls. We were very disappointed. Our room had everything to make coffee in our room except the coffee maker. When we asked for one, they directed us to their breakfast nook. When we were in the breakfast nook there were ants on the floor eating up crumbs.
The hotel was a great place to stay for the money spent! The food was good, the staff was friendly, and the Jacuzzi was AWESOME! I'm definitely staying here again.
Very clean hotel and very friendly and helpful staff. I had to use both carts to bring my and spouse's things to our room on the 3rd floor. The front desk clerk offered to at least watch my stuff as I went up with the first cart. The only complaints I really have is that the elevator was small (have a fear of elevators anyway) and I wish there were heating lamps at the smoking areas. Wind chill was -20, so I would have liked a little bit of heat lol
It is in a good location. The staff did seem friendly. The breakfast selection was good and was switched up every other day so that you had variety. The pool and hot tub looked great, but we didn’t have a chance to try it.
