It was AMAZING!!! People were very busy, but as soon as I walked in, 2 different people acknowledged me & assured me that someone would be with me in just a minute. The friendly young man who seated me offered a number of choices & my server, Alli, was the epitome of welcome, friendliness, efficiency, & "whatever you need to make your day better, I'll make happen!". Free homemade BBQ chips arrived immediately after I ordered & I hadn't finished my chips before the food arrived. It was beautifully presented, fresh, hot, & sooooo delicious. BBQ chicken, St. Louis Style Ribs, creamy cole slaw, & warm cornbread muffin drizzled with honey. Had good intentions to use my fork & knife, but totally gave in & ended with a mountain of soiled paper towel, sticky all over, & filled to the brim. Funky jazz in the background completed this most perfect of experiences. Thank you Alli & Famous Dave's for soothing an otherwise challenging weekend.

There is not a minus or it would have been my choice. My husband went there on Sunday to pick up our Sunday dinner. What a HUGE MISTAKE. The ribs were black and the baked potato was rotten on one end. When he went back the next day to ask for the money back, the manager admitted that they new the ribs were burned, she guessed they missed the potato. Sorry about that. She said it was against company policy to give refunds, who in their right mind would want a replacement meal or coupons for another meal when the first meal was terrible. Seems to me they must get many asking for refunds for BAD FOOD if that really is their policy. The manager is very RUDE.STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE. IF THE POTATOES ARE ROTTEN, WHAT ABOUT THE MEAT?
Good pricing and extremely friendly staff. If you have 6 people their group meal will be plenty of food. Also their mixed drinks were surprisingly good.
Even though I now live in Texas where homegrown barbeque is King this is not bad chain barbeque. The family size feast platter is great food is. I think we get more food than 4 individual plates for the same price
