This storage facility is terrible. I had 2 storage units there for the last 9 months with all the contents of our home. We finally bought a new home here after moving and go to move our stuff out only to find water has damaged an entire area, ruining everything that the water leaked on. I have 3 mattresses, a couch, and quite a few boxes completely ruined. Find somewhere else that maintains their storage facilities better.
Love this place for storing my things
It used to be great place. I'm not sure why it got sold or new management but it totally went down hill. Guy who ran it sweet helpful kind friendly. You could be late on payments he gave you a chance. So sad little short chubby lady running it now. Wow rude nasty you better have your payments in box on due date. Omg she actually is there waiting! !! On forth of july. My check was cash that day. Money hungry for sure. I wouldn't rent there if I didn't already have my stuff there. Its always getting broken into. There was a harmless ol guy with his dog keeping eye on place. I felt safe. But she done run him off. She eviL! He was like free security! After winter a lot us be gone. She up prices too. :( Thanks Sam
My storage unit was robbed at this location. Then when I forgot to pay on time (they refuse to send out reminder notices, even electronically) they had the audacity to charge me an extra $20.
any issue i may have w this facility is completely cancelled out by the patience & compassion of the staff. i have nothing but good things to say about these folks!
