Very nice setting good atmosphere the only thing I don't like is how they always try to sell u on a membership.
If you are military and they try to suck you into their year membership don't do it. I tried to cancel my membership once my orders brought me someplace far from the nearest massage envy and I was told that I had to talk to the manager and she would send me an email and call me back and none of those things happened the 4 months I tried to cancel my membership. Then I told them not to bill me anymore after my year was up and they did anyways. Dealing with them on top of a deployment was too much. I thought this place was so bad that I'm honestly wondering if they just have their friends and employees give them 5 stars because that is so far off from my experience with them that I had to verify we were all talking about the same location.

1 hour massage was cut short and therapist spent more time on arms and hands than back. Staff was friendly but seemed to try too hard to advertise coming back. Overall the massage wasn't as good as one I had in Mexico.
Long story short: massages good, customer service terrible, and I would highly suggest another massage envy location.
