Brandon and Sean did an excellent job of assisting me. They even provided me with a great upgrade for a reasonable price. They made me feel welcomed and as if they truly cared about my business. I would recommend this location and company to anyone!
Rented a car for the long weekend-- AWESOME experience!! Brandon was extremely courteous, timely and followed up as promised. I had a couple of specific needs for my family and he went out of the way to accommodate them. Met Van when picking up my rental--what a great team! We WILL be renting here again. Reserved a large van for a trip with teenagers to Ohio through my job. The morning I was supposed to pick it up, got a call saying I would have to go to a different location to pick it up, IF it was there. Was told I would be updated soon. Called back an hour and a half later, was told, we're working on it and I would be called back in 30 minutes. 2 hours later, I called back and was finally told there was no van, but I will call other locations right now and call you right back. Another hour later I called & because of all the extra work/stress I had to do, I was able to make it work (albeit, very uncomfortably) with an 8 passenger vehicle, was told I needed to go to another location & tell them the situation, then rent the vehicle, THEN see if there were even 8 seats in that vehicle. So, in an extreme pinch, leaving in 12 hours, I had to rent, in desperation, from a different company for $400 more.
Place is awesome the staff is very helpful and friendly was in and out in no time at all great great customer service!
This is all added time, stress, money, & no returned calls added to a trip. Needless to say, I have been and will be continuing to be in contact with corporate and wonder what this is going to do to their ESQI score.
It's unfortunate that a star has to be given because I'd leave none if that were the choice. Made my reservation days in advance. We're supposed to be leaving town right now for the Thanksgiving holiday. I planned on being a little early to pick the car up but a medical emergency was going to put me there at 5:55 for my 6:00 reservation. I called to let them know and they let me know that it would be too late as both employees had plans for the evening. They didn't care that it was ruining our holiday plans. They never called to let me know I would need to show up at a different time. Had I not called, I would have driven over 30 miles to a place that was closed. Now I sit here in tears with no idea what I'm going to do.
