Not much to pick from, just a bunch of cheap economy beaters. I rented 3 this year. Last one smelled like a wet dog in an ash tray. Procedures are not too difficult to reserve, I feel they milk your insurance for all they can get and stick you with a base model compact. Should've bought a bike.
I dealt with Forrest at this Bellevue location and he was one of the most helpful service people that I have dealt with in a long time! Very personable and informative, I couldn't have asked for anyone better to deal with. Give Forrest a raise...he is a great representation of Hertz!
First time renting a car was one month ago for business. I had a very pleasant and hassle free experience. Rented again a couple weeks ago to get me to and from work while I was without a car- again had a great experience! Very friendly, helpful, & patient staff (Dean is great!) This will be my go to location for future renting needs as well. Cars both times were very clean and mechanically sound. Just took a little bit getting used to them, but that's typical.
Great service. They offered me an upgrade without me asking which meet my needs better. I ended up getting a $500 rental for much less as a result. Will rent from Hertz again.
Staff and manager are super friendly and helpful. They always go out of their way to get the car requested.
