went to get a oil change here and they didnt even put oil in my car let alone change any filters horrible place to take your vehicle wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
Saturday night, I got a nail in one of my tires. After a quick research, I found that the only place open on Sundays was Firestone. So I headed over there the next day to get the tire patched. It was extremely quick service and the guy at the front desk was very friendly. In and out in under 30 minutes with the nail removed, and tire patched. Went to pay and the card reader wasn't working for some reason, so the guy waived my $20 fee so that I wouldn't have to wait hours for the IT guys to come and fix it. Extremely pleased with the service and will definitely go back in the future if ever need be.
Excellent customer service, quick, easy, reliable - they’ve called me hours if not a day before if things need to be changed, always upfront and honest, never pressuring as a ‘salesman’. Got a flat tire on Friday, was in on Saturday as 4PM CST to get replaced. That fast. 5/5
Horrible service. Rented a car through Enterprise and the windshield wipers did not work. Have been there 3 times and still no working windshield wipers. Pathetic and horrible service. Stay away.
Customer service was amazing on the phone and in-store! I had been having issues with my vehicle over the past few days and it has been causing many headaches and the cost was adding up. However, when entering the store, Jorge gave a warm welcome and I was able to take my mind off of the car. He went above and beyond and ensured that I had my car fixed and were happy with their service. Additionally, he gave more pointers with the vehicle and let me know that we could call him with any additional questions. Keep in mind that I came in late, but he still had a parts store bring the proper battery to ensure I had a reliable car when I left.
