Took their 3 year old battery that would not hold a charge in for exchange. Battery was under a 5 year warranty. Was told battery was still good although they could not get a full charge in well over an hour.
Manager was rude and basically told me I did not know anything about battery life. Long time customer who will never go back. Beware!
