Hello i am a customer of regal nails and today i was turned away after making a appointment for 3/4/2017 at 10:30. I even got a phone call at 10:15 asking if i could come at 11 and i agreed because i know they have a lot of customers. But when i walked in i was told they couldn't do it! This is the second time this has happened to me and i will not be returning to this place. This nail shop shouldnt allow people to make a appointment if you wont stand by it. Last time this happened to me i sat in the nail shop for an hour and nobody cared or even said we can take you later or nothing. They dont care about their customers or have any time mangement. Starting to feel descriminated against because it seems like all the black people are being treat poorly when it comes to getting their nails done. But hey i wont be returning so no worries!
