Love the company & the level of service is like nowhere else!We have been customers for years at different locations & this one is by far our favorite! They have more staff now which helps so we don't have to wait as long but we would rather wait forever here than go anywhere else!
This place is so poorly run! They never have enough stylists working, the stylists that are working disappear for 5-10 minutes between cuts and take their sweet time cleaning up their station and getting to the next client. This will be our last time at Sport Clips!
Horrible customer service. If you say you're open to a certain time.... you should be. When you arrive 45 minutes before closing and they tell you they can't fit you in, that's not putting the customer first. I could understand 5 minutes before close or even 10 minutes. Was going to try them for the first time but will never go to one again if that's how customers are treated.
Best place in town to get a great quality haircut. May have a wait, but well worth it!
For those of you complaining that they won’t take more people at 4PM and they close at 5PM - use logical sense. They probably have enough people waiting to get them to 5:30PM even, and you want to wait even longer and make the own employees stay longer than open because you can’t manage your time? Clearly you don’t know how businesses work - but rant over. They are severely understaffed sometimes, but there’s a reason why there’s a phone number to call them and ask for a wait time. It takes 30 seconds. All being said, Khloe (Rebekah), is by far the best stylist there. Highly reccommend, and just use your common sense. 4/5.
