Tonight's experience was far below any other experience we have ever had here. It was so bad, I am not sure we can afford to give this place another chance. At these prices, customer service and food quality need to be much higher.
Repeated my order several x's and it was still incorrect....food is marginal....conveniently located next to family video and it is nice you get a coupon for a free rental...employees are very friendly
When we got to the store to get our order, the girl was yelling at the other employees about no one else helping at the counter. There was a line of customers that went out the door.
I ordered a salad. I found a huge, brown chunk of the bitter inside of an iceberg lettuce head. Half of the lettuce was brown. It looked like I got the scraps that should have been thrown away.
Order accuracy is hit and miss on the best of days. Usually, it's not a huge deal, and the staff works to either fix it, or offer free breadsticks.

Tonight, we ordered two identical pizzas, with one being well done. We could not tell which pizza was well done, so we asked the lady at the counter. She copped an attitude, and said it will take 30 minutes to make a new one.
I called and orderd a pizza, the guy said I couldn't have it delivered because they were closing in 15 minutes witch is totally understandable, so i said id pick it up. I got there 5 min before befor they closed and then he tells me he had to cancel the order because I didn't pick it up in time. Why the hell are u even takeing orders if ur not gonna make the pizza? Never going to this place, waste of time.
The guy from Boston was so awesome! Perfect customer service! Positive and upbeat! Our first time here!!
