Good pizza crust, good selection of cheese and good sauce so it doesn't matter what you put on it - it's gonna be good. Friendly service a bonus.

Weather he should have tipped is not the issue. If he felt justified in not tipping that is his business. Management handled this in a wildly inappropriate way. I will never return to this establishment again.

My friend decided not to tip. Whatever, that's his discretion. Management aggressively approached and began chewing out the entire table, myself and a another friend included (we both had tipped on separate checks). She aggressively lectured the entire table for about 5 minutes.
