I ordered to go. My rare steak was well done. Chelsea was awesome when I called to voice my complaint and said shed send me something for next time. Everything tasted great though.
Just got done having lunch and Andrew was amazing. Great service and amazing food everything was cooked perfectly!

This place used to be good but last three times we ate there were disappointing. They now serve Tyson chicken strips and Tyson wings. I ordered a dish with fresh spinach and the spinach was watery and from the freezer. Everyone at my table had cold fries. I will save myself $80 and go eat at home. I will take Cheddar's any day over this place, and it's cheaper. Applebees....you have lost my business forever!
I don't think I've ever had good service here. Many times I have three or four different servers in one trip, which causes a lot of confusion and miscommunication. Last time I ate here my waitress didn't bother to fill my drink, I had to flag someone to get a refill and they didn't seem too happy to do it. Decided to order carside to go and they forgot two of our drinks. When we got home, the food was cold. Not lukewarm like it had cooled off on the trip, but stone cold. I called the manager and she was very apologetic, seemed very frazzled. She was nice but overall the service there is just lacking. May be time to invest in a new wait staff.
