Ok experience.
Incredibly Rude!!! Apparently only three stalls are currently open . That's fine. What isn't fine was the rude female employee who informed us when we tried to order. Her tone was akin to a big "screw off". We didn't know only stalls 3-6 were open. Maybe I am just testy as a line cook who only has a couple hours before I go into work, but it also took forever for someone to come over the intercom and let us know the stall wasn't open. There were no signs up. We will not be returning.
My family and I often frequent this Sonic until now. We waited over 20 minutes for a 1 item order, a slushies at that. No apology or effort to make up for the inconvenience was made. After finally getting the drink, it was wrong. I attempted to contact the store and speak with the manager and no one even answered the phone. Good food and prices do no make up for bad customer service. I'll take my business elsewhere.
Some servers are better than others.
The concretes are delicious but sometimes they don't make them thick enough.
Also they have dog treats. Some will offer, otherwise you may need to ask.
Went at 700 o'clock at night. Cold, old food. Popcorn chicken was old, tater tots, fries, and chili cheese dog. The only appropriate thing to be cold was my beverage.
The summer special for 1/2 price shakes is the best! Unfortunately it's ended for now. Hope they bring that back.
Horrible service. Not worth the money when there are plenty of options in the general vicinity. The older woman in the drive through is appalling. I told my husband just to leave, you're lucky he's nicer than I am.
