Great service and stylists
So beautiful on the inside and all of the girls that work there are very social and nice. I personally go to Kaela, but I've seen the other girls do amazing work. I recommend Bella Rouge to all my friends!

I have been going here since it opened. I followed Katie from her previous employer. These Co-Owners love what they do and love helping people feel beautiful. I had my daughters ears pierced here, have been getting my hair cut and colored since it opened , bought pedicures for my mom, and never a bad experience. Bellevue is lucky to have this place! So sad Katie is retiring though. I will miss you!!!
I had an absolutely horrible experience. I purchased a $50 Groupon; which included highlight, cut, and style. I requested a low light and brow waxing which ame up to an additional $80. I fell asleep under the dryer i which my stylist cut and foil wrapped another customer before taking me to rinse. In addition, she waxed my eyebrows and never ONCE got out a pair of tweezers. I get out to my car and realize that I have die all over my forehead, down the side of my face, in my ear; I MEAN IT WAS EVERYWHERE! Right then I had a BAD feeling. Looking in the mirror at home was terrible!! All of my hair was cut short (not even in the layers I requested), it was a red/brown with highlights (it was to be my natural color which is a dark brown), it was FRIZZIER than I have ever seen it and felt like straw! In addition, my eye brows still looked like catpillars and now we're uneven. Over the few days following my hair still had not improved and it was breaking off. Something needed to be done. So I called the owner and was treated as though I was lying. I went in to the salon to show her, speak with her, and come to an understanding. She denied it was burnt and saw me to the door. I then had the remaining hair cut off to a "boy cut" to eliminate the frizzy burnt mess this salon so kindly made of my hair and I was advised by the stylist that there is ABSOLUTELY NO DENIEING that my hair was extremely burnt and he put it in writing. DO NOT PURCHASE THE GROUPON FROM THIS MERCHANT and aviod needing their service at all. They are unprofessional and are not even willing to right the wrongs of their stylists. UNACCEPTABILITY is not something you want when it comes to your hair ladies! I even took a couple YouTube videos after leaving the day it happened and I intend to put it on YouTube..so just search this salon name. Be careful is all I can say!!
