Excellent staff, the employee was fantastic at figuring out what phone my wife would like for her upgrade and pulled forward as much of her data from her broken phone as possible.
This store doesn't even deserve a one star. The employees and manager were rude and abrasive. They didn't even want to offer any customer service, they threatened to kick me out of their store just because I wanted a solution to my problem. They only offered a bandaid at best.
Mi highly recommend buying online and picking up in store. They are always very busy but I ordered my phone online came in to get it and it was as simple as signing my name and I was on my way. Took less than 6 minutes!!
Was welcomed in a timely manner and was asked about my visit. There was quite a lineup ahead of me. I decide to comeback at a later time as I was there shortly after they opened. When I came back there was no line and I was promptly assisted and ended up getting a new Iphone7. The service was great and professional. Would highly recommend this location.
Customer service was great and fast. The staff was awesome and the check in process was quick and painless. We went in there to update our sims card and merge our lines and was in and out within the hour.
