All I can say is that this place is fast, like really fast. I ordered my food and within 5 minutes it was on my table. It came so quick I thought for sure they were bringing me someone else's food. Seriously, I have waited for food longer at popular fast food restaurants. Also, I had Mayra as a server and she was great and attentive even though she was the only waitress and covering at least 8 tables. Would highly recommend this IHOP.
I got take out. It was fine. Better than some of the others I have been to.
I thought the service was very good! My daughter loved it when they came out and sang Happy Birthday to her. Also we had a very good waitress!
Came in and was seated. The waitress ask us for our drink order. She bright them. The hot water pot wasn’t even half full. The water with lemon had a lemon that was brown in it When we ask for more hot water she ignored us and handed us off to another waiter which I’m glad she did. Order taken. Received — the hash browns were only cooked on top and still cold in middle — poached eggs might as well been hard boiled and the over easy were cold and barely cooked enough to hold together. Pancakes where cold ??? How do u get COLD pancakes ??? To the young gentleman who waited on us thank you for the good service you provided considering what u were given to work with. It just sad the wait staff has to suffer bad tips because the cook don’t care because they have a guaranteed pay check with a set hourly rate unlike the wait staff So if you have read this review PLEASE TIP YOUR WAIT STAFF IF THEY DESERVE IT. They cant control the cooks.
We had a great experience at this IHOP. My wife was using a walker due to recent surgery on her leg. The staff bent over backwards to make sure she was comfortable. The food was excellent and our server Jorge was pleasant and attentive. We were served quickly once we ordered during the lunch rush.
