Super rude super slow dinning room a mess.... Very sad because I enjoy long John's....
3 different times in the last 6 months I've been ignored at the drive thru when trying to order. All 3 times there was at least 1 hour before closing. Even went up to the drive thru window thinking their alert was broken and they didn't know I was there. Saw the people through the window, they saw me ... and just walked off. Thought it was a one off situation but after 3 times over 6 months and reading the other comments about staff service, or lack there of, I guess this is par for the course. Can't rate the food ... never got to order any.
Food was good just like any LJS but they only had 2 people working. I was only person standing at register for 5 minutes then another family came in and it was still 5 more minutes before anyone showed up to register. Ordered, then took an additional 12 minutes before I got my order. Good food, bad service, need to put atleast 1 more person on shift here to service. While eating seen similar situation with 1 customer waiting for service and then 7 mins later another customer arrived. They stood there for 8 mins talking together before being acknowledged
Service was fast and good, not too bad price wise, especially if sign up for their text messages.
The kid behind the counter was in the back playing on his phone. I had to say "hello" several times before he came up. He was then acting very irritated that we bothered him. He then turned the TV on very loud to watch it. Our order was wrong and when we asked him to get it corrected he was even more annoyed.
